Kitchen Manager
Fjord Fish Market & Catering is hiring for a Kitchen/Catering Manager to run the kitchen of our primary location in Cos Cob (Greenwich), CT. Fjord Fish Market has six markets in CT & NY, specializing in the highest end seafood available on the East Coast.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to:
- Previous kitchen management is required.
- Daily preparation of bulk recipes, prepared foods & take-out.
- Weekly fulfillment of kitchen orders for satellite locations.
- Coordination of all in-store and off-site catering events.
- Maintaining current recipe standards and creating new menu items.
- Hiring & training of kitchen staff.
