Kitchen Manager

Fjord Fish Market & Catering is hiring for a Kitchen/Catering Manager to run the kitchen of our primary location in Cos Cob (Greenwich), CT. Fjord Fish Market has six markets in CT & NY, specializing in the highest end seafood available on the East Coast. 

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to: 

  • Previous kitchen management is required. 
  • Daily preparation of bulk recipes, prepared foods & take-out. 
  • Weekly fulfillment of kitchen orders for satellite locations. 
  • Coordination of all in-store and off-site catering events. 
  • Maintaining current recipe standards and creating new menu items. 
  • Hiring & training of kitchen staff.
