Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with seafood selections including cutting, cleaning, and preparing seafood to customer specifications.
Maintain fish cases to health and safety standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness and ability to learn about our products
Ability work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Ability to work with a flexible schedule including weekends & holidays
Ability to perform physical activities including standing for multiple hours and ability to carry and lift weights of up to 50 lbs.
Food Handler's License Preferred (not required)

Fish Cutter
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Set up and breakdown the seafood case
Completes all plate presentations per recipe/plate presentation specifications
Maintenance of all operational standards
Requirements:

This position is for our Cos Cob Store location.
Catering Staff - Chefs, Servers, Shuckers
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
Hiring on a per-event basis.
Must have prior catering experience with full knowledge of lobster cooking, cracking & service.
Shucking experience is not required but could help with more event bookings.
Valid & clean drivers license required as candidates may be required to drive company vehicles to events.

Salary: $30.00 to $40.00/hour
